And Now, for Something Completely Different…

I’m really laughing hard over this. And I thought that, even though it has nothing to do with theology, Scripture, or church, my regular readers would get a kick out of it, too.

This is not a prank or anything, so don’t feel like you’re getting set up for something. It’s completely legit, and shows that someone at Google has a great sense of humor! Just follow these steps:

Go to Google.
Click on “Maps”
Click on “Get Directions”
In the “Start Address” box, type in “New York”
In the “End Address” box, type in “Oslo” (as in, Norway)
Click “Get Directions”
Now, scroll down until you find step #23…..

Hope you’re a good swimmer regardless of where you want to go in Europe. You have to swim the Atlantic regardless of your destination. Got a great laugh out of this, Steve. Thanks for sharing!

Well from Sonora, CA it’s step #39 where one would have to take the plunge. Pretty creative those Googlers are, in fact here’s one that was passed around at work last week. It appeared, appropriately on April first on Google’s site (yes, for real!).
